E-commerce map for DELL

3. What technologies can help either of these sides(buy,sell) ?
1. Blog
     Buyer = Reviews and comments, Experience from previous users.
     Seller = Advantages of products, Offers given, Developments and Future enhancements.
2. Customer Database
      Buyer = Can talk to the customers who are using the products and can know their experiencing in using in it.
      Seller = To check the warranty and to do promotions by giving some offers via e-mail, texts etc.
3. Wikis
       Buyer = To know about the products history, company details and reviews and comments given by the other users.
       Seller = To check how it has reached among the people and the comments given by the people who are using it.
4. Twitter
       Buyer = chat with the people who uses the product as well as to the company to clarify the doubts about the products and its usage.
       Seller = To convince people to buy the products, to do promotions and to get the comments from the people who are using the product.
5. Website in general
          Buyer = To know about the products , their specifications ,comparison between various products and their cost.
          Seller = General outline about the products , prices ,videos about the products etc.
6. Others
          Various sources, pamphlets, advertisements , word of mouth etc. 

4. What business model should we adopt?
In my point of view i would like to adopt the Business –to-Consumer (B2C) model.
Consumer shopping on the web is called as B2C.Here the Businesses sell products or services to Individual consumers.
